Installing Windows XP from USB Hard Drive

Does anyone know an easy way to install Windows XP from a USB hard drive?

Basically, I want to speed up the process of installation.

anyway I don't think it can be done from a usb hard drive (i may be wrong)

you could make your own unattended install disc (I have and it saves answering all the questions) - google this

alternative if you are deploying to lots of identical machines (and have 1 enterprise license key) you could setup one PC, make an image and then use that on the remaining PCs.
