Ooh, I'm so cross! My son has a Merlin pass & is going to 'Fright Night' tomorrow. You have to pre-book & pay a £5 surcharge - fair enough. You THEN have to pay either £1.50 for a debit card or £2.50 for using a credit card. What a bloomin' cheek.

Yeh, they know that by the time you're keying in your credit/debit card details, you've made all your plans with your friends/family and are committed to go, so won't back down from a £1.50 or £2.50 transaction fee. They're a bunch of !!!!!!!s if you ask me.0

I had to pay £1.50 fee for me and my friend on debit, then another £1.50 debit card fee since my sister and her friend decided to come. They had decided to get merlin passes originally but they still haven't arrived, and I can't get the additional 'event ticket' without the merlin pass number. So had to pay 1-day tickets aswell as merlins for them.0

We used to pay about 50p for a debit card transaction and 3% for credit cards (as the seller), so those prices are quite some mark up!Toyota - 'Always a better way', avoid buying Toyota.0
