Please Please beware of this company they take your money and either don't send the goods or send a fake, I am having problems at the momeny they say I ordered a different product than i actually did and that I have received it which is a total lie, read lots of bad reports about them, unfortunately after I'd placed my order, why are they allowed to still operate it doesn't make sense, I think they operate in Bulgaria, I should have realised my error when i didn't receive a confirmation email of my order, so please don't get ripped off by them

Yes i'm afraid you may well be correct. I had two transactions declined yet when my statement came through from the credit card company they had taken payment not once but twice, I logged into my Essence store account to find THE ORDER STATUS WAS CANCELLED . I rang and emailed them with very vague replies,so I had a look around the internet and found some disturbing things. One of them here My credit card company are now dealing with it.
