can i pay natwest cc through coin deposit machine?

apologies if this has been asked before, but i'm just wondering if it's possible to pay off my natwest cc through the coin deposit machine in branch? i often end up with a few pound in change at the end of the working week and would rather just throw it at paying off my cc.
it'd obviously be much easier to go in, put the card in, dump my change in and be done with it, where as now i have to put the money in and then log onto my online banking and pay it like that.
i did ring natwest, but they didn't know
thanks

As long as you have your bill (You actually need the tear off slip), yes you can pay in using coin.Anything that I do say, is strictly my opinion

Be careful.
Some banks take 4 WORKING days to credit cash (not saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays even if the branch is open).
I don't know about Natwest, but don't assume it's quick.0 -
whenever i've made cash deposits into my bank account, it's in there within 5 minutes, i know they take their time with cc payments though (although they're instant through online banking)helpful tips

Not sure how long it takes to credit the C/C account if you pay in via CDM as it's been a while since I've been in branch.
Last credit card update I was there for, was that if you paid it over the counter, it would also credit immediately - you only needed the card number for that.
Online banking is also same day, but I assume there is some kind of cut off as with the rest of the payments.Anything that I do say, is strictly my opinion
