Address Book for Arthritis sufferer

Hi all,
Sorry if this may seem a little trivial...
My grandma has bad arthritis (and has suffered strokes and is now housebound using an elecric wheelchair to get around the house.) She calls a lot of people, but struggles with her phone/address book, as she can't turn to the correct page without damaging the tabs. Have any of you seen a phone book that has heavyweight/laminated letters so that she can easily get to the right page? I've had a nosy around, but not found anything suitable.
Any help gratefully received!

Most / all DECT landline phones have the phone number built in, all mobiles have the phone number built in. Get your gran a DECT which she can carry in here pocket into any room - that way she can make and receive calls ' Martini style 'Disclaimer : Everything I write on this forum is my opinion. The buttons on her mobile are too small, plus it costs too much (she has one but only for emergencies so only has her emergency numbers stored). She has a DECT phone but isn't great on technology and so doesn't want to use it for that.
Thanks for the suggestions though!Virtual Sealed Pot Challenge #148 - £59.93

If DECT is already there and paid for buying one big~button handset or a megga button corded landline might help.Disclaimer : Everything I write on this forum is my opinion. Perhaps her phone isn't DECT then - have googled the definition and now not sure! It's a BT Phone and has a digital display, plus full qwerty keyboard as you can email from it apparently. It's very old and I've always found the menu confusing. Plus, the lcd menu is on the base of the phone, which isn't ideal for her to see.
McKneff - hers certainly isn't that easy! If I could find one that was that easy to use and has a large font display (eyesight poor), then that could be a great option!
Still - she won't want to program everything into the phone, she hoards telephone numbers and addresses! Thanks though, think the fancy phone is a great idea and will pass it when I find a suitable one!Virtual Sealed Pot Challenge #148 - £59.93

Can you not type print and get someone to laminate you one or two pages in A4 or A5 and put in a small folder from a pound shop ?0

Another good idea! See, that's why it always pays to ask! I'll do that for her "key contacts" and new ones can be added at a later dateVirtual Sealed Pot Challenge #148 - £59.93
