Second no-show for Minster in a week.

Case dismissed, costs awarded against.

Presumably they're abusing the court process to get people to cave, and/or they have to be shown to take people to court in order to maintain landowner contracts.

So how do you go about dealing with that and to who's attention does it need bringing?
