Hey,
I am looking at buying a hard drive Media Player to store my documents and videos etc. AND play my videos on the tv easily, can anyone recommend one?
I don't mind if it has a seperate memory, i would prefer no less than 500GB, 1TB is preferable (can that be recommended too please) but i only want this if it is cheaper.
I would prefer it to have built in memory and to run as many video types as possible and music etc. while also storing my documents.
Also i need it to be under £100 if possible, on a bit of a budget.
I hope someone can help
Thanks

The Seagate Freeagent Goflex Tv Hd Media Player looks like a good option for you. It doesnt come with a hard drive, so do need to buy portable hard drive, but can buy the Tv media and 500gb drive for about £100

Good thing about it as well, is you upgrade the hard drive to a 1TB at a later date if you wanted to, plus you can take the hard drive and use the portable hard drive.Mansion TV. Avoid at all cost's :j0

Do you own this hard drive? Because i was wondering how durable it is, some i have had in the past were very breakable.

No, i use a Buffalo external hard drive. Have sold loads of the Seagate goflex portable drives where i work, have yet to see 1 come back. Have seen some of the larger desktop drives come back.
If i didn't have an Archos media player with the docking station, I would be tempted to get on these myself.
There are quite a few different models to look at, Some are cheaper than the Seagate, but not as flexible. Best thing to do would be find a couple you like and see what reviews there out there for them.
