Premier Credit Solutions

After applying and being refused for a couple of credit cards last August I have just received a letter from a company called premier credit solutions who claim that I have been accepted for their card service for an administration fee of £44.99

I've never heard of them, they claim I could have a Visa or a Mastercard, has anyone ever had any dealings with them.

If they will provide one that is of a competive rate, the fee payable when you have it in your hand and activated I would take it.

If not I wouldn't touch it with yours.
Well life is harsh, hug me don't reject me.

Looks like they claim to repair credit ratings. It's outrageous that someone has passed your name to them.

Edit: my bad - that's a company in the US.

Read the small print very very carefully.

And check that the £44.99 gives you a credit card ..... and not simply that they will attempt to obtain one for you, having paid £44.99 for the priviledge.

Either way .... I wouldn't touch anyone who contacts you by such obvious referral.

why ever do you want a credit card so badly that you would even consider paying 44.99 for it?

Because I'm fed up with missing out on bargains. Although I did say I would never have one.

Who do you bank with and who turned you down for the credit card? Have you ever had any defaults/CCJs?
