Hi
I posted this on a thread a couple of weeks ago

not sure if this is actually a grabit more an ongoing offer
If this help the discount on a multi buy will currently also apply if the reduced items are part of a variable multibuy (ie 2 for £4 or 3 for £5 ) then you will get a multi buy discount too if it is a simple 2 for £5 offer then it does not work
had worked a while on the Meat and also eg the Tapas multibuys, not been paid YET to take them away but recieved 3/4/6 for very little!
but worth taking into account in the reduced fridge when there are enough to get the variable multibuy to work

why would it work on 2 for £4 items but not on the highlighted bit above?

I posted this earlier when i got home i was a bit excited and completely forgot about the other thread and didn't search. your post explains much better and now we have been merged sorry highland2010
Mr Ts is tesco
the store trouts look for the word tesco in the two branches i frequent unfortunately so if anything comes up when they search for tesco they remove the lot from the shelves
i got the chicken pops and sticks(chicken pops are like mini chicken nuggets and chicken sticks are like mini chicken fingers) they also had the potato wedges yellow stickered too! x0 -
I was at mr T's in Leeds and managed to get 6 packs of salmon for £1.40 each and 7 packs of 2 chicken breasts for 88p each!! I was very happy!
Imagine my delight when I checked my receipt and the offer for 4 for £12 had kicked in on the salmon!!
So I got 4 of the packs for 40p!!!Sealed Pot challenge aiming for £400 by Christmas
NSD's 4/10 in January
Grocery Challenge £78/£240 for the next 8 weeks
Fuel Challenge £40/£320 for the next 8 weeks0 -
doesn't work on all multibuys but I just got 2 x 40 party sausage rolls £3 reduced to 60p = £1.20 - £1 multibuy so 80 mini sausage rolls for 20p :j
AHA ! I think I might have had these too. I bought 3 packs of the party sausage rolls reduced to 75p each, and when I paid, another quid came off. I didn't know why - till said "2 for £5 or 4 for £8 STP" - £1. So 120 sausage rolls for £1.25. Definitely going to look out in the future. Sal x0 -

A round ball of supposed chicken covered in bread crumbs, they are vile from Tescos!!0 -
I don't think there is anything wrong in blanking the word 'Tesco's' or branch area as if store managers type in their store name it would come up with any glitches or mad offers etc
Plus if the staff themselves do a search and ''clear the shelves'' thats because its ALL FOR THEM out the back now!
Eg with Smartie deal none left in some stores & staff seen putting 3 boxes full through for themselves!!!!!
So on here we are alerting each OTHER but not necessarily T staff unless they go through the whole grabbit board and food shopping board page by page which they may do as well.....
I'd say keep it between ourselves as much as possible as we the consumer are bargain hunting for a REASON , many are finding it difficult to manage their food budget etc at the mo , so ''every little does help''!
I wouldn't be on here if I wasn't on a tight budget...0 -
