    I think I read on here that who internet is an online gambling site - but can't remember whice one. Will have a root about and see if I can find the thread.

    Ring bank and ask them for the originators reference and full details then go to the Company in question and ask them to refund in full or raise it as a complaint to the bank under fraud.
