Chicago trip

I was wondering if anyone had ever been to Chicago, and whether anyone would recommend going there for a holiday?
Would 2-3 days be enough there? What are the main sites

Yeah - its a stopover on a round the world trip. We are coming back from Hawaii, and wev'e already done San Fran and LA, so its a choice of Chicago, or Dallas?0

I would pass on that city! There are so many better places to go in the US

Went in October for 4 days as part of a longer holiday.
Fine for a stopover of 2-3 days. Plenty of Frank Lloyd Wright architecture, Baseball at Wrigley Field.
Skyscrapers abound and both the Hancock and Sears Tower give good views.
Transport system is easy, extensive and cheap, loads of hotels and Priceline can get you a 4* bargain.
Not top of the list for stopovers in the US, better cities are Washington, Boston, New York.
Never been to Dallas.0 -
If it fits in well with your flights, I'd go for it, I think https://www.united.com fly direct between Chicago and Honolulu, although a stop over in Dallas could be good.Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.0
