Reselling after a NPB

I have recently had this problem, I filed a npb waited four days and no payment so I closed the case after four days then done a second chance offer. The buyer accepted straight away and has not paid! So now I have opened a second npb on the same item *sigh*0

In that case - being back at uni myself - a better bet would be to offer it to your campus bookshop which may take trade-ins or at a student run bring-and-buy.I'm just trying to figure out my options as I've never had an NPB before. Obviously they could still cough up. But I think they are suffering buyers remorse as the book is specialist for my uni which looking from their address they don't go to.
If it's as specialist as all that then offering it outside your university is a bit futile.
With the price of textbooks
