I hate houses where the front door opens off the street straight into the living room.

I could almost hate that one if the front door opened onto a National Park.

what's deceptive about that. it says that it's a three bedroom terrace house that is located somewhere in the wastes north of watford.

p.s. round my way, that would set you back about £600,000, pebbledashing or not

Pebbledashing is a price worth paying if the place has a Sky dish.

To be honest (and I hate to agree with the bears on this - incidentally where is the bear geneer tonight?) when I see some of the prices for what is, in the end, just bricks and mortar, I think the world has gone mad.

Picture 13 is the "utility/workshop room" according to the blurb.

Don't you just love estate agent descriptions?

You could buy that, and live comfortably, for £60,000 easy!!

Which, to be honest, is pocket money ... it's a Bank loan or a Credit Card purchase!!

Let me put it into some perspective - where I am looking to buy a Holiday Home, the Beachhuts, yes, AKA sheds! Are selling for £200,000+!!

That property round here would easily sell for above the £250k Stamp Duty level ....

Can't imagine. Although it does say PPR against his name. Anyone know what that means? ;)
