One MrT local to me this morning had nothing around at all. Went to my other local Mr T and they wheeled out 2 rails of stuff for a £1 just as I got there. Before I or anyone-else could look at the kids stuff two members of staff jumped straight on the rails and took all the kids clothing (to be fair there wasn't that much on the rail), but the staff member that had wheeled them out said under her breath to one of the ones that nabbed the kids stuff to come and have a look out the back as they had kept the 'good' kids stuff back and they disappeared through a staff door.

There were no women's clothing on the rail at all, so all that was left was mens....so OH got lucky and I managed to get him 3 pairs of trousers (fashion jeans, brown chino types, and suit trousers for work).:D

When I went to the SS to pay the staff member who had snuck off to the back was at the SS next to me and she had a huge pile of children's clothing (including four coats) none of which was seeing the light of day out on the shop floor. I was very happy to get my trousers and I'm the first to agree that MrT staff are just as entitled to a bargain as anyone else, but it seems a bit underhand hiding better stock out the back.
  • Musselburgh store was rubbish mostly Take That tees and barbour style jackets, the kids rail was all baby stuff like vests and holiday tees.

I even asked the woman if there was anymore to come out and she went through to check if there was anything age 5-6 and came out with 2 pair of trousers and a thomas tank top so i took 1 pair of trousers as my son would not wear thomas. got a party along from Costorphine so mite pop in and see what they have.

  • Went at 9am, no chance of a bargain three individiuals scooped everything off the shelves and had trolleys piled high and nothing left for anyone else. Disgusted that that family would have benefited from the information from the kind people posting here to do this, they should be ashamed for themselves but they wont be of course, hope they choke on them :(

Seriously though, I can't imagine that anyone needs 20 pairs of the same tops in everysize shape and colour, it's not like they are designer clothes that would make much of a profit on anyway.
    Comping wishlist for 2017

Some stuff available in Ingleby Barwick and they were adding more. The item were all a bit rubbish but some are worth the £1 :)
Goal: Win a car (or cash to buy one :))! -- Haha goal from when I was a student. Never actually won this but got a good job instead.

    What I achieved:
    Car paid in full straightaway.
    Two properties fully paid. Wohhoooo!

Thats what I was wanting. Is there much left? Was this at the fort?
There was nothing in Corstorphine at all this morning, well... Take that t-shirts but the staff there said they didnt know anything about it and people had been going in since 2am this morning asking about it. The woman upstairs says the only things they know of being a £1 was what was already out :(
