Tesco 'pound shop'.

Not sure if this has been posted but Tesco are opening a special 'pound shop' on their clothing dept. It goes live on the till system at 2am Friday morning and there are lots of bargains to be had but its only till the 23rd Oct so grab the bargains while you can!

could you explain a lil bit more about this pound shop please, do you know what clothing lines it will be, is it old stock etc?..... for the slower, more tired people out there ... ( ok, just me. lol) xx

some of the items stated on the old thread seem to be too expensive at £1 lol mr t has been really generous lately with the party bag stuff ie balloons, bouncy balls, yoyos, playdohs all for 20p £1 would be way too expensive lol

i thought that too tbh... but you never know, it might be better stuff this year...... i have all my xmas toys baught now, and full up with stationery, so hoping that clothes are the pound items... currently 28 weeks pregnant and running out of things to wear... refuse to buy maternity clothes for the amount of time im actually in them... and this is DEFINATELY they last baby i have... so hoping for some cheap clothing to last me till i pop.... and maybe some nice stuff for afterwards too. x

My mother in law went to get some pj's for our son tonight and the nice SA informed her to wait until tomorrow as the kids clothes will be £1?? so must be what she was on about....

hmmm so does it start tomorrow or friday? Didnt want to go both days...but hey ho...if needs must and all that!!

Im just calling my local now to ask for more info to see if it is worth getting up earlier to go on the way to work.
