Prompt response from Green & Blacks

I was v. impressed with the prompt response that I got from Green & Blacks when I found a small hard unidentifiable item in a bar of chocolate.
It turned out to be a lump of hard caramellised sugar - not fatal or anything but I just didn't know what it could be.
Within about 3 days of sending the item off, G&Bs had responded saying they were looking into it. Just a week later they had identified it and explained the problem.
What impressed me was the speed of their response, coupled with 2 v. nice letters which obviously weren't standard correspondence. :T
I appreciated their reply (which included some chocs and vouchers) and felt they had taken my query seriously. I don't send back items often, but felt that G&B had been concerned that any problem at all had arisen.
Well done to them - I shall continue to enjoy their chocolate after the way they treated my letter with a courteous and fast reply.
(PS - I have no connection with G&Bs, but good service is getting harder to find these days and is welcome where it exists).

i found a piece of red plastic in a walkers cheesehead,i wrote to them on monday 15th january and enclosed the crisp for investigation,I got a reply from Walkers on Thursday 18th January with apologies and vouchers,fast reply to my letter.Excellent customer service.0
