Multiple PPI Claim's ?? Confused?!

Hi all,

I am new to the website and im looking for clear and friendly advice and I am sure I will find that here after reading just some of the posts, my name is Gary also :)

Firstly I have been hassled by mulptiple PPI claim company and constantly ignored them, finally the other day I agreed to one, gave them all the details, they sent a pack to claim and I signed, just before posting it dawned on me that I should check what I can do myself!! Rather than being charged 39% commision by Z company let alone the other charges.

Now what I would like from you guys is just some help/tips and advice on what direction to go from here, i have 4 cases here and this is where i stand with each.....

1. HFC BANK:
Took £1,000 with them through PC WORLD for a laptop back in 2007, I have most of the loan agreement and papers from PC WORLD

2. WELCOME FINANCE:
I took a unsecured loan with them for £2,500 back in 2007 and then fully settled the loan in around 2009 - I have none of the loan paperwork at all, what do I do now?!

3. ROYAL BANK OF SCOTLAND:
I took a £2,800 loan with them in around 2008, i think i have some of the papers for this. I then re-assessed the loan in 2009 and added more funds to the loan making it a new loan, for which i do hold the papers to this part.
However in 2010 i noticed this over-charged PPI and asked the ROYAL BANK OF SCOTLAND to take this off my policy, they did so but did not refund me any money, this only reduced my monthy payments but the terms stayed the same.

- I have always been employed by a company
- Never had any medical condions or pre-existing conditions
- Always been a UK resident.

What steps do I now need to take in order to try and claim back all of my PPI due to me!

I really would appreciate any help of advice :)

Many Thanks
Gary

You need to put a complaint into pc world regarding this, all you need is the account number, you also need to complain about the first loan too.
    2. WELCOME FINANCE:

If you phone Welcome, they should be able to give you the details of the loan, then put a claim into them.
    3. ROYAL BANK OF SCOTLAND:
I took a £2,800 loan with them in around 2008, i think i have some of the papers for this. I then re-assessed the loan in 2009 and added more funds to the loan making it a new loan, for which i do hold the papers to this part.
