Business broadband and cutting the cost of voice calls

One of the family has a small business which at the moment is on a BT business account (couldn't tell you which!). He's thinking of having broadband as they sometimes need to look up info on tourist attractions etc.

Firstly can anyone recommend a good low-cost business broadband supplier? As the line is in a small office (i.e. not at home) and the BT line is in the name of a business then I guess the usual list of broadband supplier's prices which assume use at home won't apply. It will just be used by one PC.

Also, what options does he have for cutting the cost of voice calls? He's calling mostly land line numbers (sometimes mobile) almost always in the peak 9am to 5pm hours, from Monday to Saturday inclusive,

Thanks.

Surprised he isn't being called every day (at least once) offering him cheaper calls/etc anyway.

I certainly am, even though I don't have a business landline and dont use the residential landline here for any business related purposes
