I think there will be some sort of ID requirements in their own internal regulations that they send you something by post at some point to verify that you still live at the address.0

They have to post out changes to T+C's, I know Halifax send out an annual statement and include the T+C changes in this.0

I use egg, and the only time they send things by post is to send a new card, about once every three years.We need the earth for food, water, and shelter.

I think it's more likely that they have to provide you with an annual tax statement by law.
If they can do this online, then that requirement is met.
If their IT systems aren't capable of it then they must send it you by post.

Different organisations take different information into account when working out your credit score and may have different scores for different products. (Kindly from Experian)0

So do I....and I've checked my file. I have letters as follows from Egg.
Notice to inform me my bonus period on my savings account is ending shortly.
Annual account summary - basically a statement covering 1 years transactions - I've several of these.
Notice that the interest rate on my account is being changed.0
