I left ING because of this. Complete pain. Especially where it asks for the fifth, then the second, then the sixth character (or similar) not in any order. Found myself saying my password out aloud, which in a room full of people was rather insecure. "abcdE"...."aB".... "abcdeF".0 -
By '3/4 pages', I assume you mean 'two'? One to put in your username & password, and one to put in your memorable info.
I suppose spadoosh was saying you'll then need one more click to actually see any of the accounts, even if you have a single one. And one more even before you can see this if they decide to advertise their newest run of the mill ISA... That's easily 3 or 4 pages

I believe that the Halifax FP limit is now £25k ...
If it is then it is only very recent and not updated here ...

Ive seen my girlfriends HSBC one and I dont like that!
Natwest I thought was alright. Barclays isn't too bad, its just all the advertising and upgrade adverts.0 -
All payments? Really? That could prove a bit challenging for the likes of Santander!
Ts&Cs have been amended from 1st January 2012.

Ditto Natwest for everything.
1 January... I can't see any reason not to choose that day for implementing a new system.0
