Credit card charges

Hi please can you help me every month when my credit card bill come in they keep charging me for payment protection, the charges change month to month depending on how much I spend on it. I never asked for this and thought nothing of it. could I be intitled to claim this back or anything?????. every month I pay my bill off in full so there is no intrest on the next bill confused about this as I have had the credit card for at least 4 years.
