The Prize: 1 winner will win a Europcar hire of a VW Passat for three days plus a 1 night stay in a luxury hotel in the UK.
6. The free hire period of the vehicle starts on a Friday and must be returned by the following Monday (weekend hire).
7. Both aspects of this prize (car hire and hotel stay) must be used together.
8. The accommodation is a one night stay at a 4* luxury hotel on a bed and breakfast basis and based on 2 people sharing a twin/double room and some packages may include dinner (varies according to location).
9. The package will vary depending on the location of hotel, preferred dates and availability at time of booking.
10. The prize excludes transfers to and from the hotel.
11. For your total confidence, the winner will be selected in a random draw, no later than 5 days after the closing date, by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service.
12. Both entry routes have an equal chance of winning.
13. The prize must be taken before the end of March 2012 and will not available on Christmas, New Year and all Bank Holiday weekends. All dates are subject to availability of both vehicle and hotel. The car loan will be for 3 days with effect from the delivery / collection date. Europcar will be responsible for providing third party insurance [fire/theft] and road tax. The winner will be responsible for day-to-day running costs, fuel, tolls, congestion and parking charges and general maintenance. Winners will be required to sign Europcar's terms and conditions relating to the hire vehicle, prior to usage.
