Can anyone recomend a decent one for the price.

    If this is the case, which I haven't observed except for the larger capacities of 32 GB and above, it may be because USB3 Flash Drives are coming onto the market.

    If you want a 4 GB drive, fine, but look carefully at the read and write speeds for larger drives. (That's assuming you can believe them!)

    As above. You will soon stop using a slow usb drive.
    Portable hard drives are much faster and small enough to carry about, if needed.

    I use Transcend 300? Small compact and do the job 8GB (£7)/16Gb (£11) on Amazon.

    Read write speeds are more of an issue if you are regularly moving large amounts of data, 15 standard music tracks and 40 pictures at 8MP don't stress me out.

    I have used Integral before but they didn't seem as robust.
