Just had a price rise a few months back and not long before that too
BT you are one big joke.
Your pathetic attempt to show some sympathy regarding price rises does not wash with me

We're making some changes to the prices of our products and services from 3 December 2011. We're putting up line rental by 70p as well as changing the cost of some of our calls and broadband prices.
We know no one likes it when prices go up [then why increase prices again?]. That's why we've kept these rises as low as we can. [oh please] You can rest assured that no other prices are increasing by more than 5% and more than half of the prices of our products and services won't change at all. What's more, the cost of line rental, calls to UK landlines and the Unlimited Anytime Plan won't rise again until 2013. [I dont believe a word BT spout off]
Standard Calls and Line Pricing
† Inclusive calls of up to an hour on calling plans will not be affected.

Wont belong before the others do too like they did last time. Just like all the utilities once one does it they all appear to follow like lambs to the slaughter0
