Plasma Screen HDMI Red Lines

I have an issue with my 50" Samsung plamsa screen TV. Every now and again these red lines appear, they flash on the screen for a few seconds and are always horizontal. They are not frequent and tend to be closer to the top of the screen. They only happen when I'm playing on my Xbox 360 or Playstation 3. I have 3 HDMI outputs; X360, PS3 and Sky TV. I've tried every possible cable in every possible socket and it still happens but never for Sky. I have a Nintendo Wii and some other devices hooked up to components, VGA etc. and they are problem free. Does anybody have any ideas?

Go through the menus on your TV and turn off any of the enhancements or features that it may have, some of these can have undesired side effects, especially with lots of movement or artificial stuff (both of which applies to PS3 and XBox) - I would've said check the cable first but you've already done that.0
