Hi,
I'm looking for a external USB hard disk that will run off power from the USB port.
Any deals around?
Thanks

HDD suck a lot of power i would recommend an external power HDD.
usb ports tend to only supply a max of 500 mA.0 -
Look at 2.5" versions, mine runs without extra power in most cases and when it needs extra power it comes in the form of a feed from another usb port on the same pc.0

Any deals about though?0
