PCN Appeal Rejected

Hi there
I would like to peoples opinions on my case and the way I have worded my formal representation after bizarrely my pcn being rejected. I caught the attention of a bobby on the beat soon after getting the ticket, who scratched his head to as why I received this ticket. there are many inconsistencies in the report. here it goes.
Contracention 622 - Parked with one or more wheels on or over a footpath or any part of a road other than a carriage way
"the vehivle was parked adjacet to house number 30 which is outside the exempted area"
INCORRECT: it was adjacent to no.28 (my own house) and there is a white line (which the car at the time was concealing), this line has all the signs of wear and tear (as pics will show), there is no yellow line and no end marker for end of zone, there is also a sign indicating drivers should mount the curb less than 20metres away from the parking space. also people park here everyday! its right outside my house
"the precise spot where you were parked is outside footway exempted area" i called them and asked how do I know whats inside the exempted the area and how is the area marked as there is no clear markings to indicate the end of the area, she did mention you can only park where you see white lines, which is what I did.
the following is my representation(with photos attached)
PLEASE ADVISE ME IF I AM MISSING ANYTHING OR SHOULD DELETE ANYTHING FROM APPEAL
To whom it may concern
I am writing to contest a penalty charge notice I received on 17/08/2011
The notice number is RT71290063
Officer Number is: R832
My reg is R913CWL
I have included photographs to prove why I feel this penalty is unwarranted
Reason I am contesting:
Firstly there are markings (white lines) in the area I parked to indicate where I was parking was not contravening the parking restrictions on the road. There are no yellow lines. The car was adjacent to number 28 and not to number 30 as stated in your response to my PCN Appeal. If I was adjacent to number 30 I would be parked directly in front of number 28 (my own property)
As for having one or more wheels on or over the footpath, every car on the road has this, as illustrated by my pictures there is a sign a mere 20 metres from my parked car indicating that all cars on this side of the road should mount the kerb.
Also, the penalty charge notice refers to a purple Fiat, mine is grey.
Please find attached pictures to back up my case.
If there is a problem viewing these, do not hesitate to contact and me and I will try and resolve this.
Kind Regards

You won't get any better advice than on pepipoo.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

622 - Parked with one or more wheels over the footpath or any part of a road other than a carriageway (partly on footway)
its concealed by my wheel being on it
the rejection says I am outside the exempted area and adjacent to number 30, i am adjacent to number 28
I rang them and they said you are not allowed park there under any circumstance0 -
The council have a huge rubber stamp, that says rejected and a monkey to stamp it.

on other forums people are saying I am have too much of my car being on the pathway. i am in line with the car in front and my tyre is on the white line.
there is an error with the house number and the colour of the car
do i have a chance here?
people bloody park here every day outside my house!0 -
It will possibly hinge on how much of the pavement was blocked by you parking there. For example; could someone with a pushchair get past easiliy?PLEASE NOTEMy advice should be used as guidance only. You should always obtain face to face professional advice before taking any action.0

their pic is incredibly stretched making me look like a complete hogger
believe me someone could, i am in line with every other car on that row
because it is a narrow road and their is same kerb parking other side, everyone takes this line
on the forum

you can see more pics and one that shows the car in front is in a direct line with me0 -
Having looked on Street view, I can see the lines indicating the 'limit' to how much car you can park on the pavement. It appears that the all the cars parked there are over the line slightly and as such would make it difficult for a disabled person to negotiate passed in a wheelchair ect. This would be the council's argument I would imagine. If your car was parked as such then I don't see how you will sucessfully challenge it to be honest.PLEASE NOTEMy advice should be used as guidance only.
