Samsung Galaxy Tablet 7 GT P1010 Problem

Morning Dudes

I just bought one of these from Amazon - it was supplied by Bentham Ltd but bought via Amazon.

The box arrived dirty, with stickers obviously scratched off and the security seal broken.

The tablet itself is shrink wrapped but when I inadvertently pressed the on switch it came to life - has it been charged already?

There were no instructions in the box - just a pair of samsung headphones and a generic mains adapter - no PC USB cable, no operating disc, no manual...

I've never had a probelm with Amazon before.

Also on the outside of the box was a sticker with what appears to be a manual check list - the last item is 'Cleaned/Graded A'.

I reckon I've been lumbered with a return with half the box missing - can anyone comment?

Oh I've sent the supplier a complaint as per Amazon's A-Z gurantee wotsit....

Yeah you've purchased a return. Amazon are generally very good with returns. I went through 50" plasma screen TVs before I was happy and they arranged the returns etc. Have a look at your Amazon order and see how the product was described. If it says new then the product is not what your ordered and Amazon will return. If the product says seller refurbished then say that the product is not what your ordered under the Sales of Goods Act products have to be in generally good condition unless stated otherwise, but like I said Amazon are ace at this sort of thing so give them a call.
