All Co-op Cashminder Account Holders Check Your Accounts?????

I had a £2 Visa charge for trying to deposit on a bingo site....phoned them today as I had seen online about their computer glitch but the advisor was very cagey.Was told if it is their problem there will be a refund but she said staff didn't know when this will be....all rather vague.

I've just seen this post and will phone the bank tomorrow as I've also had this charge.

I assumed it was because I was using the card abroad earlier this month and didn't give it any more thought until I saw this thread!

Will definitely be investigating this tomorrow.

I have to say i am a little dissapointed in Co-op as it seems to me then that they have not reversed the issue and are waiting for customers to say anything about the charge before returning it. :mad:
