Can't get a refund from a dating/social networking site

Hello.
This is very weird and I don't know if any of you will be familiar with any of this, but would appreciate any help.
I pay (regulary) a £5 monthly charge for this website, but they have decided to remove me from the website. I got in touch with them and they told me I am banned, so I asked them for a refund (they said they was being strict with members and happy to give refunds for removed users). I have been in contact with them 3 or 4 times and they have yet to get back to me and also when looking at my support tickets, which is always being changed to 'closed'
I would like to point out this isn't a typical 'dating' website like match.com or something like that. I also looked through their T&C's and they don't say anything.
So what can I do?

Oo, you've got me all intrigued now!
It's kind of difficult to advise without knowing anything about the company... are you expecting a refund for your entire usage of the site or just the time since you've been banned?Mortgage | £145,000Unsecured Debt | [strike]£7,000[/strike] £0 Lodgers | |0 -
How much money are we talking about here?0

5quid i reckon--plenty of free sites so just put it down to experience!mfw'11 No68- 55k mortgage İO--little to nothing saved! i must do better.0

I guess we should really see the terms and conditions for the site - can you post them? If it's a bit 'specialist', you can always xxx out the site name0

I have looked through their T&C's and they are pretty much none.
They had mentioned on the website that they are going to give refunds out for members who they have banned, but yet to even reply to me. They have banned me twice (whilst paying) and it's annoying.
Not sure what I can do about it?0 -
Does anyone even know how I can report this?0

Whats the site?0

Without knowing the site, the terms and conditions, how much money is involved, the reason for banning, and a fair few other things, we can't really help.0
