can someone answer this query for me please

Can you put in a claim for mis-sold ppi to a credit card company and at the same time ask for charges back, or do you do separate letters.?
Also can some kind person please give me barclaycards address for sending off letter because I think i have old details, and want to make sure i send it to the correct address.

Thanks for all help in advance.

  • Theoretically you could put them on one letter but as they are likely to be dealt with by different depts. it would make life easier if you sent two separate ones.

Sorry, I don't know any Barclays addresses, but would recommend you post simply to your local branch.
Before you ask, yes, I work for a bank, but no, I didn't get a bonus!
  • thanks for advice - much appreciated.
