Transporting non-runner car from EU to UK

Its a 1950s car needing restoration, so wanted to see what other options there were out there.

If it was me I would probably borrow or hire a trailer.

Alternatively search out car transport companies, this is not going be cheap though. In the UK alone it would cost about 1£/mile.

£1 a mile would be very cheap, i was charging that when fuel was about 90p/litre.
