Hi do I send my claim to Dorothy Perkins or to Santander who holds the account? Prob is it was with GE Capital until Santander took it over a while ago. So should the claim go to GE Capital then? It was so long ago I don't have any original documents.

With my son's via Burtons store card, he did send to GE, but then it was passed on to Santander, so I assume it would be the same for you, you can send to Santander, but make them aware the complaint is via DP, they should continue with the investigations, good luck.;)

Hii am looking to see if i can claim against GE capital, but cannot seem to find any number or contact address to send the form to???

Hi there

I would contact the FOS and explain your unable to track down the direct address for the business, no doubt they have had dealings with them, and to get it right first time you could give them a ring. Or as above, it could be they are dealt with now by Santander, if the same business. I would make sure on this first though, but otherwise Santander details below as well as the FOS contacts.

I had a store card with Top Shop and they were unable to help me due to the time ceased, and they told me to contact Santander???????
