I realised last night that I had very stupidly forgot to pay a small balance off my Capital One credit card.
I phoned them to see if there was anything I could do about the late/none payment fees that most credit card companies charge, only to find out that they hadn't added any charges!
Really couldn't believe it. The balance was only £4 but it just shows that some companies do have some common sense.
