:(Hi guys
Im really new to this...
I sent the FOS questionaire to Rbos with regards to my overdraft and tghe fact i was advised by my branch in 1998 that in order to have an overdraft i MUST have loanguard.
They sent me an acknowledgement letter in July and i havent heard anything since, On checking my online bank statement i noticed this
On 9 Sep 2011 we reduced Overdraft Loanguard for the previous period from £7.26 to £0.00.
They have again added loanguard payment to my account this month, I was just wondering if anyone has had this too? Im not even sure if they are going to pay me back the loanguard
Not sure what to do next..... its coming up to the full 16 weeks they advised it might take to investigate the complaint, i called RBos for an update today and they said they cant do this over the phone it must be done in writing....
any advice?

If I were you I would wait until the full 16 weeks are up, keeping copies of all online statements then write to them again asking for a reply within 14 days or you will take it up with the FOS. If you write to them again before the 16 weeks are up you MAY give them an excuse to start the waiting game all over again. Good luck
