private parking tickets appeal

i recieved a parking ticket fine while parked in a private car park i had purchased the ticket but did not realised that when i shut my do the ticket flew on the floor, i nly realised this when i went back to my car and saw the fine ticket on my ca.
i wrote to the company and sent them a photocopy of my valid tickets but they have refused my appeal, said that the ticket was not displayed, i asked for the photograph evidence to be sent to me but they have refused to send this to me saying they need this to use in court if i do not pay.
is there anything that i can do????

Private ticket - nothing to do, you shouldnt have even contacted them.
Just ignore everything they send you and the letters will fizzle out eventually, just stand your ground and ignore.

Similarly, photos are quite meaningless in this context - Just another tactic to intimmidate the ignorant.

Ignore them do not enter into any further dialogue with them. They will send threatening letters but all they can do is take you to court; which no one has done and are not likely to do as they will likely lose.

You will get a letter back saying something like "we have considered your appeal and have decided to reject it, the charge still stands". You have paid for the ticket so the landowner's losses are zero, if you want to moan complain to the landowner if the car-park belongs to a retail unit saying that thanks to them employing thugs you shall no longer be spending your hard-earnt cash there
