Reclaiming PPI from Studio...HELP please!

Hi,
I am looking to reclaim PPI which I have been paying to Studio for around 5 and a half years. I never selected this and never agreed to this being added to my account so I believe it was mis-sold to me. I still have the account and have a balance on it so know the account number etc. Although I am unsure of exactly when the account was opened. I've had a read through of some of the information on the site telling you how to claim PPI but I'm still not 100% sure what to do. Do I need more information from Studio before I can make a claim? Do I write to them directly? What should I say? Any help on this would be appreciated.

Hi there
All you do is complete a reclaim questionnaire as on step 3 below, and if your unsure of a date just put in approx, and they will check this on investigation, but make them aware its still active.
Remember to keep a copy (you do not need to write in any amounts to reclaim, again they will check all this and send you a breakdown once resolved).
Send to their complaints of head office by recorded delivery, good luck.:)
