Hi all - I'm looking for some advive please.
I am claiming missold PPI from Loans.co.uk/PPF and this claim has been ongoing for over 2 years now. In July this year FOS ruled in my favour and instructed Loans.co.uk to pay me back the PPI plus interest.
The trouble is I am still waiting for my money now. Whenever I call Loans.co.uk they say they are waiting for figures to be sent to them from PPF. So I call PPF and they say they cannot say when they will look at my file only they are working thorugh batches of cases from Loans.co.uk.
The letter I recieved from FOS said they expected this to be sorted in no more than 8 weeks which has obviously passed.
Is there anything at all I can do to hurry things along??
