Can I get out of paying for Gladstone Brooks trying to reclaim my PPI?

Hiya
I first started claiming for my PPI through Gladstone Brooks way back on the 25th May - so far I think I have spoken to Lloyds more than they have! Is there a way out of having to pay them? Like a clause that says I should be paid within a certain amount of time or will I just have to suck it up and pay?
Thanks

You need to read your contract and see what it says.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0

Only if you have valid grounds for complaint (see here) or if you withdraw from your contract and pay whatever fee is due for their efforts to date.0

I know that everyone hates having to pay for things.
However if you ask someone to do something for a fee, usually its only fair that you pay them.0 -

But if you really are doing most of the leg work put a complaint in now.0
