I saw this thread at 9.24. I dithered until I read the lady who was raging at her DH for taking 11 minutes. DH was in the bath and all of our MrT's shut at 10pm. I dragged my shoes on and drove to the first. They were OOS. So I went to the second. It had no offers showing so I risked it. £1.57
for 6
. So I went back and bought another 12. On my way home I drove past the big one which I thought shut at 8pm. It was still open at 9.55 so I went in and bought another *cough* 48. I left plenty on the shelves but the store only had 3 minutes left before they shut.
I went through the self scanners but I was being heavily eyeballed by all staff. Nearly had heart failure when the scanner beeped after I moved my bag over but she just waved her card over the thingy and said "Don't worry!" with a smile (phew!).
Both kids birthdays in the next few weeks so that's their party bags sorted and some of their stocking fillers sorted and other peoples Christmas presents sorted. arrived at our local Mr T (Glossop) just in time to see a SA wheeling a cage away full of chocolate oranges
All the shelves had been emptied, and the stock withdrawn. I wish I'd gone when I'd first read it on here.
Ho hum. Maybe one day i'll actually be able to take advantage of a glitch.0 -
