I would so like a life where the worst thing to happen to me was I got seen off for 60P. Please get over it and enjoy life those drinks are foul anyway save your money and don't buy them again. Forget people starving and world debt hold the front page iceland are ripping us off for 60p!

You made a complaint, it was dealt with badly. That's life - it sucks but move on, pointless wasting anymore of your precious time on this kind of thing. Go out and do something that makes you happy and gives you fulfillment
