  • And that's relevant how? Personally, I don't consider it the benefit agencies job to inform people of what they might be entitled to. There are plenty of ways to check your entitlement without expecting it spoon fed.


    Yes I know, and there are plenty of people who, who are vulnerable, pensioners, the disabled and such.....these are the people I am on about.
  • The short answer is that as yours is a tenancy existent prior to the need for LHA, and you have been paying market rents for some(?) time now, you should be able to prove your previous rental payments for the property and establish it as a commercial tenancy.
