Being charged o/d fee late?

Just checked my online account (Lloyds) and on top of the usual monthly account fee I've been charged £5 o/d usage fee - but I've not been overdrawn even 1p!!!
I've gone over previous month - no I haven't been overdrawn in the past month at all? I'd be grateful if someone could draw some light on this - is it me or them? lol (probably me:) ) The latest date I was overdrawn was 22nd August (under £2) just for info! and 16th Aug it was over £10. In September (9th) they took out the monthly account fee but no o/d usage fee, so I presume it was outside the monthly billing time? Thanks for any help

They are required to give you 28 days notice of any charges that will be applied to your account the following month, so this could be it.0
