Natwest Credit Card PPI.

Hi All,
I am new to this forum but just felt that I should share this. Back in July I made a single phone call to Natwest to complain about the PPI that I had on my credit card, which honestly I didnt realise I had. After all of this time I just thought that I had not been succesful and that maybe I needed to look at doing one of those letters, Yesterday I had a reply saying that as a gesture of goodwill they are willing to pay me £4367.67!!!! This from only one phone call!!!
If anyone is worried about the letters and contacting the ombudsmann then first try a simple single phone call!!!

Wow ! thats great news, well done. I have a huge pile of PPi reclaims and Credit card charges to get started on, so hearing your story makes me even more determined to try and get this all sorted out !:T0
