Anyone used Advantage for flea control on their dogs?

Just had an email that Advantage flea treatment is now available without prescription. I normally use Frontline on my dogs but might give this a try if it's better than the Frontline.

Has anyone used it to good effect...and would you say it's more effective than Frontline?

i use it on my poodles to prevent ear mites,Seems to work.Who was the e.mail from as i need more and do not want to pay vet prices again.
