Lillys kitchen - Not 100% organic
natural dog food company - not 100% organic its natural like almost every dog food company can say.
organipets is organic but costs more than Yarrah and only do dry food
    Hermans i dont of them.
Defu - this is the only one i can agree on with you but Yarrah's factorys make it for them plus its a German company with no partnership in the UK...

You like simpsons.. thats cool, and im glad your dog/cat likes them, all im saying is you cant fault YARRAH!

    Hmm, Okay.

I can fault it, I have shown why, anyone with eyes will see this.

    Good look with your company.

I'm with you Rev, looks like pure crap to me. I don't know so much about dog food but I am going by the cat food. Doesn't matter it is organic or not, cats can't digest anything that isn't pure meat. So all the wheat, grains, veg and cereal and other rubbish is pure bulk so it cheaper to produce, that the cat won't be able to get any nutrients from.

Might be organic, but who cares if it can't be digested? All it will do is make lots of poop. If I was buying expensive food I would be looking for much better quality. It's practically like organic own brand supermarket cat food.
So so SO tired of being ripped off, and mislead
    Hope sharing saves some pain.

I a bit taken back as to what products your looking at of Yarrah's... They have tins of wet food with meat content as high 52% for cats... and the dry chicken or fish is still as high as 30%.. Cats need some animal derivates in the food as think about a wild animal catching its food... it would have these in its natural habitat etc...

This is higher than any other leading brand and i'm not even going to compare it to a supermarket....

Seriously, are you for real? I've no idea why you keep insisting on making things up And the 'as high as 30%' comment made me lol, whiskas has 24%.

'higher than any other leading brand' - not true

Only organic food - not true

I can, off the top of my head name a load cat foods with higher meat content that 50%, and link to the ingredients stating this of need be.

    Natures menu
    Applaws
    Asda's top life chicken dinner
    Bozita
    Hilife
    Feline fayre
    Pets at homes purely range
    Deli cat (pets at home)

All can be bought in UK shops and don't cost half as much as your food.
I can list a load of dry that are cheaper and better if you'd like too?

You'll no doubt have something to say about each food, in an attempt to make your inferior product look better. But people are able to look at ingredients and see the truth.

Cats would eat wheat in the wild? I don't think so...

Whiskars Tempations treats have 34 - 36% meat, and they are cat biscuit junk food!

I am not impressed by 30% meat in dry food, it's nothing to write home about. 52% meat in wet is not great either. What you saying it's out an out rubbish, higher than any other brand indeed!

Vet reccomended cat foods have grains in them, so I'm not sure why people are outraged by the wheat in this food (especially as most probs just want the freebie!)
I normally by Royal Canin which has ingredients including rice, maize & wheat.

With all due respect, vets have a weeks nutrition training in 4 years. They recommend royal canin, hills etc because their practice gets a kick back for selling it, they have very basic knowledge of diet (just like out doctors do about our diet) unless they've trained otherwise. I know you'll ignore that as you obviously believe the vet, absolutely your prerogative. Cats do not need wheat, rice and especially not maize. They can't digest them, they are obligate carnivores. They need meat, more of it the better.

If we want diet advice we go to a dietician, if you want advice about animal nutrition, you need to consult an animal nutritionist.
