Electric boiler with wet system underfloor heating

I am currently in the process of buying a barn conversion. The builder has installed a wet underfloor heating system downstairs and radiators upstairs. However the whole system is powered by twin electric boilers.

I am wondering if I should be very worried about the cost of running this. On the positive side the barn is exceptionally well insulated and has lots of glass facing south and felt pretty warm without any heating on. There is economy 10 available in the area which might help.

What do people think about the costs of running this? As it is in a rural area there is no mains gas supply and I am assuming the costs of installing oil or heat pumps would have a very long pay back period.
