EDF Energy have put up my direct debit by £60 even though I am £100 in credit!

This is why when so many on here say use DD you're fully in control I take umbridge.
Far more control just making a transfer when your bill is published.0 -
The same EDF put us on £180 a MONTH DD when we moved from a 4 bed detached bungalow to a 2 bed terrace!!!
Once I finally got through, they couldn't tell me why they'd chosen that amount, given we'd always paid £90 a month (for 4 years) in the last place and that had covered us fine. I was furious.
