PPI Help Please! Confused!!!

Hi

Im after some help/advice with regardsto a claim I am trying to make with an old loan that I had with HSBC back in 2005, I also had a loan with welcome finance back in 2001. I have the following questions:

How far back can you claim?

I dont have any of the old paperwork, ive looked at the template letter, but they are ask for the account number which I dont have as I dont have the paperwork?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Many thanks

That falls under the jurisdiction of the Financial Ombudsman Service

    That doesn't.

You can complain about either but if nobody has any documentary evidence of what happened it is unlikely that the complaint will be upheld.
