Sun Holiday Haven Luxury + (primrose valley)

I've booked a Sun Holiday at the beginning of the year to Primrose valley in a couple of weeks and paid for the Luxury + upgrade at the time of booking.
Does anyone know what Luxury + means in Haven accommodation? and what time you can check in.

I've lost my confirmation and could have swarn I read you could check in for 2pm, but i'm not sure now I have been looking at their website.

I have e-amiled them to ask for another confirmation, but just wondered if anyone had been on the upgrade Luxury + and if it was worth the upgrade.

We upgraded to one of these at Primrose Valley ....all I can say is take your thermals!! It was freezing cold in August - only heating in the caravan was from the gas fire in the lounge area. Not sure if this comes as standard but our luxury + caravan also came with soaking wet bedroom carpets which Haven thought was satisfactorily solved from leaving the gas fire on full blast all day. Hope your experience is better!!
